Refund policy

Customers can request for a return after 7 days from the date received your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If any of these are not met, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once the return label is issued/emailed to you, the return package must be received/scanned by the carrier within 10 business days.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees for returning items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt if the item is defective, damaged or received a wrong item, immediately report to us by emailing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All SALE items, final sale items, Accessoriesand gift cards are not available for refund/return. If there are any defects, please contack info@myforsythia.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The return shipping cost will be charged separately.

Cancellations/Returns

Cancellations are accepted before shipment. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
If you initiate a return or exchange for a reason other than a quality defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the redelivery shipping costs.

You will receive a refund without having to return the package if: the courier confirms that the package is missing.
